Fall Winter 2025 Collection Statement 

"Preppy Escape" 

In an era of economic uncertainty and shifting identities, today’s urban youth romanticize tradition as a means of survival. They dress in preppy countryside attire—waxed jackets, structured plaid blazers, and weatherproof outerwear—not out of necessity, but as armor against the instability of modern life. 

This collection explores the tension between privilege and struggle, fantasy and reality, as young dreamers cling to the aesthetics of “old money” and “preppy” to find a sense of control. They are not aristocrats, but they dress like explorers, social elite, and socialite—equipped for storms, both literal and metaphorical. Their wardrobe is a luxurious illusion of permanence, a beautifully crafted escape from the chaos of change. In this "masquerade ball," however, the weathered and distressed details of these garments bring everyone back to the harsh reality of urban survival.

Blending New England country preppy style inspired heritage wear with contemporary tailoring and high-gloss finishes, this collection transforms traditional preppy dressing into a statement of resilience, ambition, and the art of self-mythology. To wear it is to claim stability in an unstable world—to navigate the storm in style.

这⼀系列探索着特权与困境、幻想与现实之间的张⼒。⽣活在都市中的⼈们紧抓“⽼钱”与 “常青藤学院”美学，以此获得对现实外在的掌控感。他们并⾮贵族，却装扮成探险家、社 会精英和社交名媛——整装待发，迎接现实或隐喻中的风暴。他们的⾐橱是⼀场关于永恒 的奢华幻觉，⼀场精⼼打造的逃避之旅，逃离变⾰的混沌。但在这场“化妆舞会”中，这些 华服上做旧，破损的细节，又将⼤家带回了社会⽣存的现实。
